INGREDIENT
2 cups milk
red velvet bakery emulsion
strawberry jam
ice cubes
2 oz espresso
whipped cream
fresh diced strawberries, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Combine the milk and red velvet bakery emulsion.
Step 2
Add the strawberry jam to a glass. Swirl it up and around the glass to make a pattern.
Step 3
Add a handful of ice.
Step 4
Slowly pour the blended milk into the glass, followed by the espresso.
Step 5
Optionally, topped with whipped cream and diced strawberries.
